Weekly Meal Planner - FREE Printable

Let me first say that I am by NO means an organized person nor one that really “GOT” the whole importance of meal planning up until about 6-8 months ago. I realized that the only way that I was going to get RESULTS with my fitness especially at 36 years old was to tune up what I’m putting in my mouth.

I can exercise all I want but until I have a plan – then there is no reason to be frustrated when I don’t get results. BUT with 3 young children (currently all 5 and under) and a work at home business – I realize that I have some obstacles that I need to overcome.

  1. Healthy eating isn’t going to just happen unless I make it happen.
  2. Shopping with children is like the worst….
  3. I don’t want to eat separate meals from my family – not a short order cook!
  4. Time and convenient foods are just easier – it’s easier NOT to have a plan.

At the time of publishing this article, I just completed a new program by Beachbody called Core De Force. I got pretty decent results even through the Thanksgiving holiday and a few “less than desired” choices each week but I was slightly disappointed because I know that I could have done so much better.

My goal is to lose the baby weight from my 3rd child born earlier this year. My tummy is my trouble spot and it drives me nuts. I can fit back into my pregnancy pants but they don’t zip. (frown) so I know that I need to get my nutrition back on track.

So I decided to put together a little meal planner that will help me plan my week for success – and thought hey – this might also help more people take control and feel better about their choices.
